NCTF® Skin Treatments

Evidence-based injectable treatments for skin quality, hydration and healthy skin ageing. At Perfect Skin Solutions, Fillmed NCTF® 135HA is used within personalised treatment programmes designed to improve skin quality and support long-term skin health. Treatment recommendations are based on clinical assessment, skin quality and individual goals.

What Is NCTF®?

NCTF® 135HA by Fillmed is an injectable skin revitalisation treatment containing non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid and more than 50 ingredients involved in normal skin function, including vitamins, amino acids, coenzymes, minerals and antioxidants.

It is used to improve skin quality, hydration and overall skin health and can be performed as a standalone treatment or incorporated into a broader treatment programme.

At Perfect Skin Solutions, NCTF is used within three treatment pathways tailored to different biological objectives:

Optimise – improve hydration, skin quality and skin function.

Regenerate – support collagen stimulation and structural resilience.

Refine – improve texture, luminosity and visible skin finish.

The most appropriate pathway is determined by clinical assessment, skin quality and long-term treatment goals.

Our Position on “Regenerative” Language

At Perfect Skin Solutions, we use the term regenerative carefully. Not every injectable treatment is truly regenerative.

NCTF® is primarily a skin quality treatment designed to support hydration, skin function and overall skin health. When collagen stimulation and structural tissue remodelling are required, we may recommend regenerative treatment protocols incorporating collagen biostimulators such as hyperdiluted Radiesse®.

This distinction helps ensure every treatment is selected for the correct biological objective and supported by current clinical evidence.

Why Dr Dev Patel Uses NCTF®

  • One of the world’s most established injectable skin revitalisation treatments.
  • Contains more than 50 ingredients involved in normal skin metabolism and function.
  • Supports hydration, radiance, resilience and overall dermal quality.
  • Useful as a foundation before collagen biostimulation and energy-based treatments.
  • Suitable for prevention, maintenance and broader skin quality programmes.
  • Used within personalised treatment plans rather than as a one-size-fits-all treatment.

The Skin Foundation Protocol

Optimise skin biology

Nourish. Restore. Prepare.

The Skin Foundation Protocol is designed for patients seeking healthier, more hydrated and more resilient skin without altering facial shape or volume.

Using Fillmed NCTF® 135HA, this treatment supports hydration, skin quality and overall skin function, helping create a healthier biological environment within the skin.

Often used as a preventative, maintenance or preparatory treatment, it can improve skin quality while preparing the skin for more advanced regenerative treatments where appropriate.

Ideal for

• Dull, dehydrated or tired-looking skin
• Early signs of skin ageing
• Loss of radiance
• Prevention and maintenance
• Skin quality optimisation before other treatments
• Patients seeking improvement without facial reshaping

What you can expect

Skin typically appears fresher, more hydrated and more radiant over a course of treatment. Results are subtle and focused on skin quality rather than volume or structural change.

The Glass Skin Protocol

Regenerate skin structure

Regenerate. Strengthen. Rebuild.

As skin ages, collagen, elastin and other structural proteins gradually decline, contributing to thinning, laxity and loss of resilience.

The Glass Skin Protocol combines Fillmed NCTF® 135HA with hyperdiluted Radiesse®, a calcium hydroxylapatite collagen biostimulator used to support collagen production and tissue remodelling.

Rather than replacing volume, hyperdiluted Radiesse® is used to stimulate fibroblast activity and encourage the skin to strengthen its own structural support over time.

The result is firmer, smoother and more resilient skin with improvements in elasticity, texture and overall skin quality.

Ideal for

• Loss of firmness and elasticity
• Crepey or thinning skin
• Early skin laxity
• Fine lines associated with dermal thinning
• Reduced skin resilience and bounce
• Patients seeking collagen stimulation rather than volume replacement

What you can expect

Results develop gradually over several months as collagen remodelling occurs. Early improvements in skin quality may be visible sooner, with structural improvements continuing to develop over time.

The Skin Veil Protocol

Refine the skin surface

Refine. Smooth. Illuminate.

Healthy-looking skin is influenced not only by collagen, but also by surface texture, pore visibility, oil activity and the way light reflects from the skin.

The Skin Veil Protocol combines superficial botulinum toxin microdosing with skin hydration techniques to improve skin texture, pore appearance and overall luminosity while preserving natural facial movement.

Unlike traditional wrinkle-relaxing treatment, the product is placed very superficially in small doses to help reduce oil activity, soften fine surface irregularities and create a smoother, more polished skin finish.

This protocol is designed for surface refinement rather than structural regeneration and can complement collagen-stimulating treatments where appropriate.

Ideal for

• Enlarged pores
• Oily or combination skin
• Fine surface lines
• Uneven skin texture
• Reduced luminosity
• Event preparation
• Patients seeking refinement without a frozen appearance

What you can expect

Skin may appear smoother, more refined and more light-reflective. Results are surface-focused and often used as a finishing treatment alongside longer-term skin quality and regenerative treatment plans.

The NCTF Treatment Journey

While each protocol can be performed independently, the most effective treatment plan is often built around your individual skin concerns and long-term goals.

Some patients begin with the Skin Foundation Protocol to improve hydration and skin quality before progressing to regenerative collagen stimulation. Others may benefit from structural regeneration first, followed by surface refinement.

Treatment recommendations are based on clinical assessment, skin quality, treatment history and treatment objectives.

Perfect Skin Solutions

Why choose Perfect Skin Solutions for your NCTF® Skin Treatments?

NCTF® treatment outcomes depend on far more than the product itself. Assessment, patient selection, treatment planning and injection technique all influence results.

At Perfect Skin Solutions, every NCTF treatment is medically led and tailored to your skin quality, concerns and long-term goals. Dr Dev Patel has spent more than a decade focused on skin quality, collagen biostimulation and regenerative aesthetics, and is recognised internationally for his work with advanced injectable treatments.

As a Merz Faculty member, Dr Patel teaches evidence-based treatment planning and collagen biostimulation techniques to medical professionals. This clinical experience helps ensure treatment recommendations are based on skin biology, evidence and patient suitability rather than trends.

Our goal is not to create skin that looks treated. It is to improve hydration, skin quality, resilience and healthy skin function while maintaining natural facial appearance.

The Perfect Skin Solutions Approach

Healthy-looking skin is influenced by hydration, collagen quality, extracellular matrix support, inflammation control and surface texture. Every treatment plan is designed around the biological needs of your skin rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Treatment recommendations are based on clinical assessment, skin quality, treatment history and long-term aesthetic goals.

NCTF® Skin Treatments

FAQ

NCTF® 135HA is an injectable skin revitalisation treatment developed by Fillmed. It contains non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid plus more than 50 ingredients including vitamins, amino acids, minerals, coenzymes and antioxidants. It is used to improve skin quality, hydration, radiance and overall skin freshness rather than to add volume or change facial shape.

NCTF treatment is designed to support healthier-looking skin by improving hydration, luminosity and overall dermal quality. It can be useful for dullness, dehydration, tired-looking skin, early ageing changes and maintenance of skin quality. It is not a lifting treatment and it should not be presented as a substitute for collagen biostimulation, laser or surgery when those are clinically more appropriate.

NCTF is often grouped within the skin booster category, but it is slightly different from simple hyaluronic acid hydration treatments because it contains a wider polyrevitalisation complex. It can improve hydration, but its role is broader than hydration alone: it is used to support the skin environment and improve visible skin quality.

No. NCTF is not used as a volumising dermal filler. It does not reshape the face, lift facial tissues or replace lost volume. It is placed superficially to improve the quality and appearance of the skin rather than to alter facial contours.

NCTF can support skin quality and the biological environment within the skin, but we are careful with the word regenerative. At Perfect Skin Solutions, we reserve stronger regenerative language for treatments with evidence of restoring tissue architecture or stimulating meaningful extracellular matrix remodelling. NCTF is best described as a skin quality and biological optimisation treatment. When combined with hyperdiluted Radiesse®, it can form part of a truly regenerative collagen-stimulating protocol.

NCTF is primarily used to optimise skin quality, hydration and visible freshness. Radiesse® is a calcium hydroxylapatite collagen biostimulator that can stimulate fibroblast activity and extracellular matrix remodelling. In simple terms, NCTF supports the skin environment; hyperdiluted Radiesse helps regenerate structural support within the tissue.

Hyperdiluted Radiesse® is Radiesse diluted and used as a collagen biostimulator rather than as a traditional volumising filler. It can stimulate collagen, elastin and other extracellular matrix proteins over time, helping improve skin firmness, elasticity, texture and resilience. It is particularly useful when skin thinning, crepiness or loss of firmness are part of the concern.

The Glass Skin Protocol at Perfect Skin Solutions combines NCTF with hyperdiluted Radiesse® to improve skin quality while also stimulating structural tissue remodelling. It is aimed at patients with collagen loss, thinning skin, crepiness, texture change or early laxity who want natural-looking improvement rather than volume replacement.

The Skin Foundation Protocol is an NCTF-based treatment designed to optimise skin quality. It is suitable for patients with dull, tired, dehydrated or early ageing skin, and for those who want to improve their skin before moving on to more advanced collagen-stimulating or energy-based treatments.

The Skin Veil Protocol is a surface-refining treatment that combines superficial botulinum toxin type A microdosing with skin hydration techniques. It is used to improve the appearance of pores, oiliness, fine surface lines and skin luminosity without creating a frozen appearance.

No. NCTF should not make the face look fuller or overfilled. It is not designed to add volume. The aim is to improve the quality, hydration and radiance of the skin while preserving your natural facial features.

The number of treatments depends on your skin quality, age, concern and treatment goals. Some patients benefit from a short course of treatments, while others use NCTF as part of a longer-term skin maintenance plan. Your clinician will advise the most appropriate schedule after assessing your skin.

Some patients notice improved hydration and freshness relatively quickly, but the best results usually develop gradually over a course of treatment. Skin quality treatments are typically subtle and progressive rather than instant or dramatic.

Results vary depending on your age, skin condition, lifestyle, skincare routine and whether NCTF is used alone or as part of a combined treatment programme. Maintenance treatments are often recommended to preserve skin quality over time.

Downtime is usually mild, but it depends on the technique used and your individual skin response. Temporary redness, swelling, small bumps, tenderness or bruising can occur after injectable skin treatments. Your clinician will explain what to expect and how to care for your skin afterwards.

NCTF can be useful before an event when the goal is fresher, more hydrated-looking skin, but treatment timing matters. Injectable treatments can cause temporary redness, swelling or bruising, so it should not be done too close to an important occasion unless advised by your clinician.

Yes. NCTF can be used as part of a broader skin quality programme alongside treatments such as laser resurfacing, IPL, radiofrequency microneedling and collagen biostimulation. The correct sequence and timing depend on your skin, the device used and the clinical goal.

Yes, when clinically appropriate. Younger patients may choose NCTF for hydration, luminosity, prevention and maintenance of skin quality. The aim is not to change the face but to support healthier-looking skin before more visible age-related changes develop.

Yes, although mature skin may need more than NCTF alone. NCTF can improve hydration and skin quality, but patients with thinning, crepiness, laxity or collagen loss may benefit more from a combined plan involving hyperdiluted Radiesse®, laser, radiofrequency or other collagen-stimulating treatments.

NCTF may improve overall skin quality and hydration, which can make the skin look smoother. However, enlarged pores are often influenced by oil activity, genetics, collagen support and skin texture. For visible pore refinement, the Skin Veil Protocol or device-based treatments may be more appropriate.

NCTF alone is not usually the main treatment for acne scarring. Acne scars often require treatments that remodel collagen more directly, such as laser, radiofrequency microneedling, subcision, biostimulation or combination protocols. NCTF may be used as a supportive skin quality treatment within a wider plan.

NCTF can improve overall skin quality and radiance, but pigmentation usually requires a more specific diagnosis and treatment plan. Depending on the cause, pigmentation may need medical skincare, sunscreen, IPL, laser or other targeted approaches.

NCTF and Profhilo® are different treatments. Profhilo is primarily a high-concentration hyaluronic acid injectable used for skin hydration and bio-remodelling. NCTF contains non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid plus a wider complex of vitamins, amino acids, minerals and antioxidants. The better choice depends on your skin, goals and whether you need hydration, skin quality optimisation, collagen stimulation or a combined approach.

Perfect Skin Solutions is medically led and focuses on evidence-based skin quality and regenerative aesthetics. Dr Dev Patel has extensive experience with advanced injectable treatments and is a Merz Faculty member who teaches other clinicians on Radiesse®, collagen biostimulation and regenerative treatment planning. Your treatment is based on clinical assessment, not a standardised package.
