What Is NCTF®?
NCTF® 135HA by Fillmed is an injectable skin revitalisation treatment containing non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid and more than 50 ingredients involved in normal skin function, including vitamins, amino acids, coenzymes, minerals and antioxidants.
It is used to improve skin quality, hydration and overall skin health and can be performed as a standalone treatment or incorporated into a broader treatment programme.
At Perfect Skin Solutions, NCTF is used within three treatment pathways tailored to different biological objectives:

Our Position on “Regenerative” Language
At Perfect Skin Solutions, we use the term regenerative carefully. Not every injectable treatment is truly regenerative.
NCTF® is primarily a skin quality treatment designed to support hydration, skin function and overall skin health. When collagen stimulation and structural tissue remodelling are required, we may recommend regenerative treatment protocols incorporating collagen biostimulators such as hyperdiluted Radiesse®.
This distinction helps ensure every treatment is selected for the correct biological objective and supported by current clinical evidence.

The Glass Skin Protocol combines Fillmed NCTF® 135HA with hyperdiluted Radiesse®, a calcium hydroxylapatite collagen biostimulator used to support collagen production and tissue remodelling.
Rather than replacing volume, hyperdiluted Radiesse® is used to stimulate fibroblast activity and encourage the skin to strengthen its own structural support over time.
