Radiesse Plus

Radiesse was one of the first dermal fillers to be approved by the FDA (USA) and over 6 million syringes have been used over the last 15 years or so. Radiesse is manufactured by Merz Aesthetics, which is a subsidiary of the Merz Pharma Group, a global but still family-owned aesthetics and pharmaceutical company. Radiesse fillers are made of calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHa) microspheres; a unique formula which gives it potential to not only life and volumise but also to stimulate collagen and elastin production in the skin.

It has been approved by regulatory agencies as an injectable dermal filler used to treat skin imperfections at a deeper level. This filler is most effective for moderate to severe facial wrinkles and volume loss. Dr Patel is one of the UK’s biggest users of Radiesse and is also go-to expert for Merz, regarding this product.
