Nishal Patel
BSc(Hons) MChS (HCPC registered)
Podiatrist/Chiropodist
Nishal runs the Foot Clinic. She has a special interest in Biomechanics and Nail Reconstruction/Surgery. She is UK trained and started her practice in the NHS in 2000, specialising in diabetic foot care. In 2005, she then moved to Gibraltar where she provided all podiatry services to the Ministry of Defence. She treated numerous service personnel who had suffered from long-term foot/lower limb pain; some of whom had failed operations to try and treat this pain. This is when her biomechanical expertise was put to excellent use with some very happy patients at the end of the treatment pathway.
In 2010, she started her own private practice in Portsmouth, primarily working from a GP surgery. In 2013, she was also given the opportunity of starting a clinic at another surgery in Southsea. Nishal’s practice has thrived and she now has a loyal following stretching to neighbouring counties and beyond.
She has gained a tremendous reputation with her loyal patients, for her calm manner and highly skilled and especially gentle hands! Nishal is proud to be HCPC registered and a member of the Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists (SoCAP).
