Hyperdiluted Radiesse

Hyperdiluted Radiesse is one of the most researched injectable aesthetic products in the world, with over two decades of peer-reviewed publications demonstrating its wide-ranging benefits for skin health. In its standard form, Radiesse can provide both volume restoration and regenerative effects. However, when used in a hyper-diluted form, its ability to add volume is removed, while its capacity to stimulate the production of key skin proteins such as collagen is maintained — and in many cases enhanced — making it a powerful skin booster.

This advanced technique has been used by experienced Radiesse practitioners for over a decade and, in early 2024, gained official recognition for specific treatment areas, including the décolletage. The result is a versatile, non-volumising injectable that can improve skin texture, elasticity, and overall quality in multiple areas of the face, neck, chest, and body.
“Think of it as a collagen gym for your skin — no bulk, just strength, structure, and a healthy glow.”

1. Why would you dilute Radiesse?

In its standard form, Radiesse is designed to both restore volume and stimulate collagen production. By hyper-diluting it, we remove its volumising effect while keeping — and sometimes enhancing — its ability to rejuvenate the skin. This is ideal for areas where you don’t want added bulk, but still want firmer, smoother, healthier-looking skin.

2. How is it superior to hyaluronic acid fillers, skin boosters, and polynucleotides?

  • Hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers: Great for restoring lost volume and hydration, but they don’t actively trigger collagen and elastin production like Radiesse.

  • HA skin boosters: Improve hydration and offer mild collagen stimulation, but usually don’t achieve the same long-lasting, structural improvements.

  • Polynucleotides: Stimulate skin regeneration, but collagen production is typically slower and more subtle than with Radiesse.

Hyperdiluted Radiesse is unique in offering a strong, long-lasting regenerative effect with visible improvements in firmness, texture, and elasticity after just one or two sessions.

3. What sort of regenerative benefits does it deliver?

Hyperdiluted Radiesse works by stimulating fibroblasts — the skin’s collagen-producing cells — leading to:

  • Improved skin firmness and elasticity

  • Smoother texture and reduced crepiness

  • Better skin thickness and structure

  • Reduced signs of sun damage

  • A healthier, more youthful look over time

4. What skin concerns can you treat?

We use hyperdiluted Radiesse to improve:

  • Fine lines and wrinkles

  • Crepey or thinning skin

  • Early skin laxity

  • Sun damage

  • Uneven texture

5. What areas can you treat?

  • Face (including lower cheeks and jawline)

  • Neck

  • Décolletage

  • Upper arms

  • Abdomen

  • Knees

  • Other areas with skin laxity

6. How much product will I need?

For most areas — such as the face, neck, or décolletage — one box is sufficient. Larger body zones, like the abdomen or upper arms, may need multiple boxes. Your personalised treatment plan will be discussed during consultation.

Why Our Patients Love It

  • Long-lasting results (often 12–18 months)

  • No change in facial shape — purely skin quality improvements

  • Minimal downtime compared to more invasive procedures

FAQ

It’s RADI-S that’s been specially mixed to remove its filling effect while keeping its powerful ability to stimulate your skin to make new collagen and elastin.

It works faster and lasts longer than most skin boosters or polynucleotides, and goes beyond hydration to truly rebuild your skin’s structure.

Firmer, smoother skin with fewer fine lines, less crepiness, and a healthier, more youthful glow.

Face, neck, décolletage, arms, tummy, knees — almost anywhere skin needs strengthening.

Usually one box per area (face, neck, or décolletage). Larger areas may require more.
