Where are you?
We are based in Southsea along the South coast. Our clinic address is 121 Winter Road, Southsea, PO4 8DS.
Do you have parking?
There are variable parking restrictions around the clinic. However, there is currently free and unlimited parking on the nearby side roads until 16:30 or 17:30 (roads leading off Winter Road opposite the clinic).
If you are likely to be in the clinic after that time, please use either the one-hour free zone immediately in front of the clinic, or for longer stays the three-hour free Zone 2 parades north of the clinic (outside Q Build and David Antony).
Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for any parking fines and ask that you read any parking signs carefully.
Do you accept cash?
Yes, we accept cash. We also accept all major cards except Amex.
Do you have a referral scheme?
If you are a current patient who has received treatment with us, you can refer someone using the link in the “Refer a Friend” section or by sharing your unique referral code from your online account.
When they attend their first paid appointment, your account will automatically be credited with 1,000 loyalty points worth £10.00.
Do I have to have a consultation?
Yes. It is important that we clinically assess your concerns thoroughly before you commence any recommended treatment.
Can I bring my children to the appointment?
Unfortunately, we are unable to permit children aged 12 years or younger unless they are being treated. This may also apply to older children who are unable to sit quietly.
Due to the nature of the treatments we provide, our patients value a calm and relaxing environment. For patients under the age of 18, express written consent from a parent or guardian is required.
Do you accept walk-ins?
As a busy clinic, we are unable to accommodate walk-in appointments. If you are passing by, our team will happily check availability and help you book the next suitable appointment.
Do I need to book early?
It is never too early to book. Booking in advance gives you a better chance of securing your preferred time and clinician.
Online booking is available for many services. If you cannot find what you need, our reception team will be happy to assist.
Will I receive a reminder prior to my appointment?
Yes. We send appointment reminders via text and email unless you have unsubscribed. You can also manage your bookings through your online account.
Do you have a refund policy?
If you cancel in line with our cancellation terms, we will refund any deposit or payment made. Once a treatment package has been purchased or commenced, refunds are not permitted.
We are committed to your care and will always explore suitable alternative treatment options where appropriate.
What if I am running late?
If you are delayed by a few minutes, we will do our best to accommodate you. If there is insufficient time remaining to complete your treatment, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and the cancellation policy will apply.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to our cancellation policy.
