Perfect Skin Solutions ‘Snap To Win’ Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Competition Overview:
   This competition encourages participants to share a photo on their social media (Facebook or Instagram) and tag Perfect Skin Solutions. The photo can be of the participant, their treatment, the clinic, or outside the clinic. By participating, entrants have a chance to win a free Hydrafacial treatment.
2. Eligibility:
   • Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
   • The competition is open to residents of the UK only.
   • Employees of Perfect Skin Solutions, their immediate family members, and anyone else connected with the competition are not eligible to participate.
3. How to Enter:
   • To enter, participants must post a photo on their personal Instagram or Facebook account.
   • The photo must relate to Perfect Skin Solutions and can include a picture of themselves, their treatment, the clinic, or the outside of the clinic.
   • Participants must tag @Perfect_SkinSolutions on Instagram or Perfect Skin Solutions on Facebook in their post.
   • Profiles must be public for the entry to be visible and eligible.
4. Entry Period:
   • The competition starts on 14th October 2024 and will run until 11:59 PM on 31st October 2024.
   • Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
5. Winner Selection:
   • A winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received by the closing date.
   • The winner will be announced within 7 days of the competition closing, and the winner will be contacted via the social media platform through which they entered.
   • If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, another winner will be randomly selected.
6. Prize:
   • The winner will receive a free Hydrafacial treatment at Perfect Skin Solutions.
   • If the winner is deemed unsuitable for a Hydrafacial treatment after consultation, an alternative treatment may be offered at the discretion of Perfect Skin Solutions.
7. Consent & Usage of Images:
   • By entering the competition, participants agree that Perfect Skin Solutions may share, repost, and use their submitted photos for marketing purposes on their social media channels, website, or other promotional material.
8. General Conditions:
   • The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.
   • Perfect Skin Solutions reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.
   • Any disputes regarding the competition will be handled at the discretion of Perfect Skin Solutions.
9. Data Protection:
   • Personal data provided by participants will only be used for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting the winner.
   • By entering the competition, participants consent to the use of their information as described in these terms.
10. Disqualification:
    • Perfect Skin Solutions reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if they are found to have violated these terms and conditions or if their entry is deemed inappropriate.
