Most devices have a limited depth of action. Furthermore, those treatments working deeper tend to be painful and often come with downtime. LDM Triple has the potential to work just superficially, very deep down to bone and everywhere in between. By utilising the different wavelengths separately or simultaneously, the desired tissue effects can be seen. All without any pain or downtime. 

This device uses ultrasound waves — just like those used in hospital scans — but in a powerful new way. It can deliver one, two, or even three frequencies at the same time, depending on what your skin needs. This allows us to target the surface, deeper layers, and crucially, the (little known) dWAT layer, which influences inflammation, regeneration, and repair.

The LDM Triple regulates Caveolin-1, a protein that impacts skin aging and inflammation. In aging skin, this protein is over-produced, hindering repair, while in conditions like acne, psoriasis, and eczema, it is too low, causing inflammation and slow healing. LDM Triple helps balance this protein, promoting healthier, calmer, and younger-looking skin.

LDM Triple is the only device that can deliver three ultrasound frequencies at once, reaching different layers of your skin and even the tissue just above the muscle. It works with your skin’s own biology to repair, calm, and strengthen it from within. It is also not painful, unlike older ultrasound technologies such as HIFU or Ultherapy. Lastly, it does not carry the same risks that options like HIFU pose such as fibrosis.

This depends on what we’re treating. Many people see improvements after just one or two sessions, especially with active skin concerns. However, a minimum of 6-10 sessions is usually required. A course of treatments will give the best and longest-lasting results. A thorough consultation will allow you and your practitioner to agree on a treatment plan.
