Most devices have a limited depth of action. Furthermore, those treatments working deeper tend to be painful and often come with downtime. This device uses ultrasound waves — just like those used in hospital scans — but in a powerful new way. It can deliver one, two, or even three frequencies at the same time, depending on what your skin needs. This allows us to target the surface, deeper layers, and crucially, the (little known) dWAT layer, which influences inflammation, regeneration, and repair.

Skinova Elite regulates Caveolin-1, a protein that impacts skin aging and inflammation. In aging skin, this protein is over-produced, hindering repair, while in conditions like acne, psoriasis, and eczema, it is too low, causing inflammation and slow healing. Skinova Elite is the only device that can deliver three ultrasound frequencies at once, reaching different layers of your skin and even the tissue just above the muscle. It works with your skin’s own biology to repair, calm, and strengthen it from within. It is also not painful, unlike older ultrasound technologies such as HIFU or Ultherapy. Lastly, it does not carry the same risks that options like HIFU pose such as fibrosis.

Yes — it’s one of the safest treatments for conditions like eczema, psoriasis, and rosacea. It’s non-invasive, non-ablative, and used in medical dermatology settings across Europe.

This depends on what we’re treating. Many people see improvements after just one or two sessions, especially with active skin concerns. However, a minimum of 6-10 sessions is usually required. A course of treatments will give the best and longest-lasting results. A thorough consultation will allow you and your practitioner to agree on a treatment plan. 

This is difficult to answer as it not only depends on what skin concerns are being treated but also multiple other factors that may be influencing your skin health. What we do know is that studies for conditions such as acne and cellulite have shown patients even at 6-12 months on, being in remission. 

Absolutely. Skinova Elite works beautifully with lasers, microneedling, injectables, and exosome therapy (like CellDerma GF5). Many treatments can be done at the same visit too. We often use it before treatment to prepare the skin or afterwards to speed up recovery and boost results.
